Winding from the northern tip of the Marlborough Sounds to the jaw-dropping majesty of Milford Sound, the Sound to Sound 1500 km Brevet is a monumental virtual odyssey through New Zealand’s South Island. This immersive tour leads cyclists past coastal curves, alpine passes, wine country vistas, glacial lakes, and mossy rainforests—all stitched together into a breathtaking tapestry of endurance and discovery.

Each 100 km stage unfolds like a new chapter: from conquering Taylors Pass to soaking in Hanmer Springs, from chasing the turquoise shimmer of Lake Tekapo to tracing the rugged charm of Mount Cook. To get the best experience complete the rides in the order listed to gain an immersive sense of completing this tour.

Rouvy and Kinomap have the option to continue a ride. If you do not have time to complete a ride then use this option to continue on another day. This is your tour so it is also fine to ride at a reduced reality. Take as long as you need. The joy is in riding, enjoying the scenery and eventually arriving at the end.
