Hall of Fame, Challenges and forum
Any information or uploads posted in the forum are private and accessible to logged in users only.
Posting evidence of rides to meet the criteria for challenges implies that permission is given for inclusion into the Hall of Fame and related challenge pages (which is visible to all site visitors) the following details:
- User Name
- Date ride completed
- Platform used with link to the ride on that platform if available in the forum
- This does not include a link to the user ride only the ride page with details and leaderboard which may require a logon for the platform used.
Detailed information entered for challenged is visible to logged on users only.
Information displayed on Hall of Fame has been included with the permission of the users who have agreed to the information being publicly available through posting the information to our Forum or uploading information via the upload evidence submission form. This is referred to in this privacy statement along with the privacy post in the forum on this web site and in the group rules on the Facebook Group.
If there is any data that a user does not want displayed in this Hall of Fame please use the Contact Us form and it will be removed.
Media
If you upload images to the forum, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our forum, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
